Atlas Purveyors has a few principles by which we live. Serve a great product, at affordable prices, with service that makes people feel like they're somewhere special and you'll always have good customers that keep coming back.

Founded in sometime during the latter half of 2009, when everyone was worried about the financial meltdown, Chris Rosen, Brandon White, and Kit Gegenheimer saw that while there are a heck of a lot of cafés in town, there was still a gap in the market for a cool, modern place where people could go to get great tea and coffee without the attitude that many associate with café culture.

So, what's with the name? Well, we love tea and coffee, and we think there's a lot of product in the world that people don't get exposed to on a regular basis. So, from time to time, we push people towards things they might not have tried. Simply put, we try to find the best teas and coffees available, while staying mindful that all of this product has to travel a very long distance to get to where it's going, and we want to honor the work that gets put into growing and producing the world's most remarkable product.
